Chapter 4 True Love

Half term drifted by and Alexs parents continued to fight. At long last the Holiday was over and school began once more. Alex bounded into the class room and saw Bella sat by an open window, her hair blowing gently in the wind. He went over to her and sat by he, leaning casually on the window sill. He saw Bella's face, tearfull.
"I dumped him", she said smiling through her mouth choked of tears,"I dont think I should of though, I still have feelings for him and that".
"Well....this may seem a bit soon but, would you go out with me?", Alex asked.
"I need time to think", Bella replied.

That day went slow and Bella still hadnt come to a conclusion. The next day Alex was walking down a long dingy corridor at the end of the day. It was a thundery storm outside, and the rain was lashing against the window. Bella suddenly ran past him, and brushed his shoulder. Alex grabbed her arm and on her wrist was a blood stained cut and blood on her school shirt.
"Oh my god...", trailed off as Bella flinched and turned to face him. Tears streamed down her face. In her other hand was a blood stained knife, it was stolen from the canteen.
"Come other mine", Alex said linking arms with Bella,"My parents will be out and wont start asking you stuff come on". He dragged her all the way to his house. When they arrived they were both soaked, Alex grabbed two towels and passed one to Bella. She was still upset and her face was contorted with pain. Alex got out the first aid kit and began fixing up Bella's arm, and drying her tears with a tissue he had grabbed.
"Whats wrong?", he asked whilst wrapping a bandage around her arm.
"Well I've always been slightly suicidal and what happened between me and Barry pushed it", She said. Alex sighed and fastened the bandage.
"Come here", he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her head,"its gonna be alright". He stroked Bellas soft hair and breathed in her perfume.
"I'm so lucky to have you, your always here for me....",she mumbled,"yes".
"What?",Alex asked, he handt quite heard her muffled talk. Bella moved away and stood before Alex.
"I said I'm lucky to have you, your always there for me", she put her hand to his cheek,"yes I will do out with you". Alex could of jumped for joy. He was going out with the girl of his dreams. The world could collapse around him he wouldn't care as long as he had Bella with him.

Time went by and Alex stayed with Bella for as long as time would allow. Bella stopped being suicidal and they were both inseperable. Remember what Bella and Alex remembered. The greatest thing you'll ever learn to love and be loved in return.
