Chapter 2 A New School Day Begins

Walking along the corridor with Rick, his only friend who was tall slim, dark mysterious eyes and blonde hair, did Alex first see Bella. She was stood by her locker, her light brown hair tumbling around her shoulders and her bright green eyes shone in the light. To Alex she looked absolutley stunning, not many other people saw this hidden beauty, he came to a halt as Rick continued to babble on and on.
"...so I had almost completed this game and then...Alex? Alex are you listening to me?"he asked. Following his gaze he came across Bella, and sniggered a bit, but stopped himself from laughing to much.
"She's beautiful dont you think?", Alex asked Rick pointing at Bella,
"Shes alright I guess...as I was saying..", Rick got cut off as the registration bell rang. Rick grabbed Alex by the arm and dragged him to the classroom. They took their usaul seats in the very back corner to avoid the bullys and anyone else who might decide to pick a bone with them. Mrs. Rive entered the classroom and began to take the register.
"Do you reckon that girl would go out with me?", Alex whispered
"Beth....Andy...", the teachers voice droned on.
"I reckon you stand a chnace mate", Rick replied, and Alex secretly smiled to himself. They both sat there in silence like the others and waited to get their new timetables.
"Damn!", Rick exclaimed as him and Alex got theirs,"We're in hardly any lessons together". He frowned and threw his timetable into his bag, and slung it other his shoulder as the bell for lessons sounded throughtout the room. Alex picked up his bag and put the timetable in his pocket.
"Hey Alex!!", yelled Andy one of the bullys from the other side of the room,"Who you got in pe?"
"Mr. Cout", he replied quietly, and Andy laughed.
"I'll kick your little ass in football", he retorted and bounded off to lessons. Alex left the room behind Rick and headed off to his first lesson, pe. Alexs first new school day had begun.
